Planning

VR staff, including your dedicated Business Development Specialist (BDS), meet with business and industry leaders to learn more about their workforce needs, then provide information and support to help them create a strategic plan to meet those needs. Services include:

Recruiting

Retention

Retention Services are available to businesses that wish to keep valuable employees who need help due to a disability that might be jeopardizing their employment. Whether its anxiety, depression, alcohol or other substance abuse, or physical impairments, our goal is to help a person minimize or eliminate what is interfering with their job performance. These confidential services may include:

  • comprehensive evaluation
