Teamwork and dedication define former consumers

Lindsey Willhelm, former VR consumer recently received the Ellenburg Employee of the Month Award from North American Rescue (NAR).

Lindsey (Wentz) Willhelm, a former VR Consumer recently received the North American Rescue (NAR) Ellenburg Employee of the Month Award for May 2019. Lindsey, a Contract Specialist with NAR/TRM , was described as a “dedicated team player” who “exceeds expectations on. . . completing challenging tasks”.

The Ellenburg Employee of the Month Award is named after Michael Ellenburg, also a former VR Consumer who received services at VR’s Greenville Office and Greer Training Center.

In January 2015, Michael was employed with NAR as a Warehouse Lead. NAR described Michael as a “top performer who exemplified the traits of hard work, dedication, loyalty, leadership, positivity, and a constant love for others.”

He unexpectedly passed away in March of this year.

The VR and NAR partnership, which has grown tremendously over 13 years, has resulted in 20 consumers employed with NAR and contract work that is completed in ten VR Training Centers.
