Client Assistance Program (CAP)

The Client Assistance Program is also available to applicants or clients of SCVRD. CAP is a federally funded program administered by Protection and Advocacy for People with Disabilities Inc. (P&A), a statewide non-profit that advocates for the rights of people with disabilities.
